Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 404-632-8810. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text "START" and we will start sending messages to you again.

3. User Requirements

5. Prohibited Content (SHAFT)

You agree not to use the service to send any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCB Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
