About OCB Pressure Washing

Family-owned exterior cleaning and staining based right here in Cumming, GA. Licensed, insured, and trusted across Forsyth County since 2009.

OCB Pressure Washing started in Cumming, GA in 2009 as a small family-run exterior cleaning company. The founding idea was simple. We wanted to build a local business where every job got the same attention we would give our own home. Nothing outsourced. No franchise model. No call center routing your job to whoever happened to be closest that day.

That approach has kept us grounded in the same community for over 15 years. We're based in Cumming. Our crew lives here. Our kids go to school here. When we drive to a job in Windermere, Vickery, or anywhere across Forsyth County, we're often driving past neighbors we know. That kind of connection changes how we treat every property we work on.

Over the years we've expanded from a small pressure washing operation into a full-service exterior cleaning and staining company. Residential and commercial customers throughout Cumming and the surrounding North Georgia cities know us for showing up on time, doing the job right the first time, and standing behind the work when a question comes up months later.

We've stayed intentionally local. We serve 10 cities across the region, all within about a 20-mile radius of our Cumming base. That geography lets us schedule jobs efficiently, keep response times short, and give every property the same level of attention. Growing beyond that footprint would mean losing the standards that got us here in the first place.

If you're looking for a company that treats your home the way we'd treat ours, that's exactly what we've built our reputation on. Call us at (404) 632-8810 whenever you're ready to talk about what your property needs.

Plenty of pressure washing companies operate in North Georgia. Some are national chains, some are regional operators, some are one-person outfits that come and go. What sets OCB apart isn't marketing. It's the process.

Every job starts with a walkthrough. Before any equipment comes off the truck, we walk the property, check the surface materials, and identify problem areas. That step alone prevents most of the damage we see on jobs that were rushed by other crews. Getting the pressure setting or cleaning method wrong on a soft surface causes real harm, and it's completely avoidable.

We use soft washing wherever soft washing is appropriate. That means low-pressure water paired with a cleaning solution that kills biological growth at the root. High pressure has its place, mainly on hard flatwork like concrete driveways, but blasting siding or a wood deck with 3,000 PSI is the fastest way to cause damage. We match the method to the material every time.

We're fully licensed and insured for every job we take. We use a moisture meter on every deck before staining, not because it's required but because staining wet wood is one of the most common reasons stain jobs fail. We measure everything on-site before quoting, so the price you get reflects the actual work, not a guess.

Small details, done consistently, are what separate a professional job from a rushed one. That's the standard we hold ourselves to across every property in every city we serve.

We're a licensed and insured exterior cleaning contractor operating throughout Forsyth County and the surrounding North Georgia cities. Our insurance coverage protects both your property and our crew for every job we perform. If you ever want to see proof of insurance before we start, just ask when you call.

We've built our client base primarily through referrals and repeat customers over the past 15+ years. Word travels fast in a connected community like Cumming, and that reputation is what our business runs on. Every job we take affects how the next call comes in, so cutting corners has never been an option for us.

Our full service list covers residential exterior cleaning, staining, and commercial pressure washing. We serve homes and businesses in Cumming, Alpharetta, Milton, Dawsonville, Canton, Gainesville, Roswell, Suwanee, Buford, and Ball Ground. If your property is in one of those cities or nearby, we can be there.

For questions about our credentials, service area, or how we handle a specific type of property, call us at (404) 632-8810. We'd rather answer questions upfront than have anything be a surprise later.
